Mystery Of The Mind

A thought strikes my mind
That persists long enough
To be perceived and memorized
As an experience of life
Susceptible mind, however
Conditioned to respond
Strengthens the thought enough
To conceive another thought
That the initial thought was real
The concrete impression thus formed
On a loop of thoughts
Dictates my reality
While piles of such thought, I see
Are lost in the fumes of time
