Hey troubled teen
Where you are I too have been
My favorite words to share
'I don't care'

Being told what to do in my life
Always ending up in a strife
I just wanted to hang out with my fate
Not worried about my future or fate

Adults always in my ear
Trying to instill in me fear
I was more worried about my concerns
For what they say ' I didn't care'

Now when I look at my past
I don't know how did I last
To make it to an adult now
I really don't know how

So next time adults are in your ear
Trying to instill some fear
Remember they have been there too
And they are just caring about you!
