Sometimes I think we all are mere magnets
Pulling towards this, pulling away from another
Getting close to one while fighting with the other
Moving out to find your identity
But shielded online by anonymity
I swear we all are mere magnets
Tired of running towards our goals
But happily running away from boredom
Telling others we know so much
But then skillfully playing dumb
Wanting a bigger slice of success
Yet unwilling to gift the beggar a crumb
Aren't we all mere magnets?
Yet, what if some weren't really a magnet?
But pretended to be
Could such outliers find one another
And stick for eternity
So for the betterment of humanity
Let's try and make base things common
Let's be a magnet
